Our Sales & Warranty Policy

All sales made through Glimmer Group Limited and its brands are final! We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete.

That said, we stand behind the quality of everything we sell. Every product is covered under our 24-Month Warranty, which entitles you to free repair and maintenance for manufacturing defects or workmanship issues within this period.

What's covered:

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty components or workmanship
• Routine servicing needs arising from normal, intended use

What's not covered:

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modification
• Normal wear and tear beyond expected lifespan
• Issues arising after the 24-month window
